Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

If InvoiceOffline Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason, though if something didn't work we'd genuinely like to know so we can fix it.

How to request a refund

Email support@invoiceoffline.com from the address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your license email. Include your order number if you have it handy (it's on the Lemon Squeezy receipt).

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, the license key is revoked and stops being accepted for activation. The free version of InvoiceOffline remains fully available to you, with 5 invoices per month, and all the invoices you already created stay on your Mac. Nothing is deleted.

Consumers in the EU and UK

This 14-day policy is designed to match or exceed the statutory withdrawal rights consumers have in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

Fair use

We honor every good-faith request. To keep the policy sustainable, we may decline refunds that abuse it (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), and license keys associated with chargebacks or fraud are revoked.
