Every version of InvoiceOffline for macOS, what changed, and a direct download for each build. All version 1 updates are free: download the new build, open it, and your data stays right where it is.

LatestJuly 30, 2026- Connect an AI assistant on your Mac, like Claude or Codex, and it can work with your invoicing: look up clients and past invoices, draft and correct invoices, export PDFs, and record what was sent or paid
- It never sends email and never deletes anything, so you stay the one who reviews and sends. Everything it does appears in the app as it happens, and the invoices it created are marked as such
- Your data never leaves your Mac. The app opens no network port: the assistant reaches it through a file only your account can open, and only while the app is running
- Setting it up is a copy and a paste. Settings has the exact configuration for Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex, each in the form that one actually takes
- It works on the free plan with the same limit as the rest of the app: invoices your assistant drafts count towards your 5 a month

July 28, 2026- Estimates now read as estimates all the way through: the details block on the PDF says Estimate number and Estimate date, and the email that goes to your client calls it an estimate too, in all 7 document languages
- Quote or Estimate is chosen when you create the document, with the two buttons on the Quotes page, and stays fixed from there. A document can no longer show a title that disagrees with its own number
- Changing a business default no longer retitles documents you already created. The default now only decides which New button is highlighted
- Service period dates line up properly on the PDF: a start and end date no longer push their label out of the column, and the same goes for long payment terms and job names
- When a new version is out, the notice lists everything that changed since the version you are on, grouped by release, instead of only the newest one

July 27, 2026- Your saved items are now first-class: an Items section in the sidebar, and the add menu on invoices, quotes, and recurring shows your items first, grouped by section. Quotes can use them too, with the same automatic placement
- New Job field on invoices and quotes for the job name or number from your client's paperwork, shown with the document details on the PDF. The Job and service period rows can be retitled (Call sheet, Shoot dates, and so on)
- Set standard text once per business: default notes for invoices and quotes, plus default payment terms, pre-filled on every new document
- Quotes can be titled ESTIMATE instead of QUOTE, per business or per document, with EST- numbering and a New Estimate button on the Quotes page
- Cleaner invoice and quote PDFs: notes print above payment details, every page carries a footer with page numbers, and payment details or notes never split across a page break
- German PDFs: the Notes section is now titled Hinweise

July 24, 2026- Line item sections: group items under named headings (Labor, Equipment, or anything you like) with a subtotal per section on the PDF. Works on invoices, quotes, and recurring templates
- Saved line item templates remember their section and file themselves under it automatically, and the template picker scales with grouping and search
- Long invoices look better: tighter rows, column headers that repeat on every page, and totals that never split across pages
- InvoiceOffline now tells you when a new version is available: a quiet check when the app opens, or Settings > Check for updates. Nothing is downloaded or installed automatically
